Bi-Metal Battery Terminals

The latest innovation in batteryterminal technology combines tin plated, pure copper tubular barrelwith a cast lead clamp in one connector. This design allows forcopper to copper contact from wire to the terminal and lead to leadcontact from the terminal to the battery. The bi-metal design allowsfor a highly conductive, corrosion resistant connection thatoutperforms standard die-cast battery terminals. Each batteryterminal is color coded for easy identification of wire size andcrimping die code. Polarity is clearly marked as well with positiveterminals featuring red paint and a “P” for positive andnegative terminals have black paint and a “N”. The barrellength allows for a double crimp ensuring a correct connection everytime.

These connectors cannot be soldereddue to the lead terminal head. These connectors are to be crimpedonly and are very popular on our custom made cable assemblies.
